RE/MAX Keystone Realty
|MELFORT, Saskatchewan -
Melfort - City of Northern Lights - The Place of the Future
While most of the population in Canada is struggling with high mortgage payments, long lineups, impossible traffic, poor health care services and major stress, in Melfort we offer a lifestyle that is priceless but totally affordable. Owning your own home is not a dream but a reality! You will not only have the services, you have the time to enjoy them.
Nestled in the heart of the Carrot River Valley, we are a City of Opportunity. We boast some of the richest farmland in Canada, as well as the recent discovery and mining of diamonds northwest of the city. A gateway to the Lakelands, Melfort is situated within an hour and a half of a smorgasbord of the most beautiful lakes and resorts in Saskatchewan, including Prince Albert National Park. We also enjoy access to a magnificent golf course in the City, skiing and fishing at Wapiti Valley, our own wave pool and skating arena and these are just hints of what a treasure we really have.
Our community is a safe and caring one that offers services, amenities and a quality of life that is the finest. We are within 180 km of Saskatoon International Airport and 96 km to Prince Albert.
At RE/MAX Keystone Realty, our RE/MAX team has the privilege of welcoming newcomers and providing a high level of service to our clients. With 45 years of combined experience, our RE/MAX realtors will confidently help you find your new home and walk you through the process of buying and selling with professionalism, integrity and an overwhelming knowledge of the area. Because the Real Estate industry is such a dynamic and continually changing profession, you need the guidance of a proven professional to represent your individual needs. You can be assured that Team RE/MAX will provide you with excellent service and optimum results throughout your real estate transaction.
Community involvement is highly valued at all levels of the RE/MAX organization - from individual Associates to RE/MAX offices, regions, and RE/MAX International.
RE/MAX cause, marketing and charity fundraising, take on many forms. RE/MAX is a national co-sponsor of the Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition program. The RE/MAX organization has been the official real estate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network since 1992.
Each year, about 20 charities host fundraising golf tournaments at Sanctuary, the private course of RE/MAX International Co-founders Dave and Gail Liniger.
RE/MAX International is the first major sponsor of The Wildlife Experience, a conservation and community center promoting understanding of the natural world and its conservation through art and education.
Colleen is currently volunteer chairperson for Ducks Unlimited. Janet chairs the Melfort Housing Authority as a volunteer.
All these avenues and more represent the RE/MAX network's commitment to community involvement, serving the public beyond its real estate needs.
The RE/MAX Quest for Excellence Program was established in June 2000, by RE/MAX of Western Canada, to recognize the success and ongoing pursuits of Western Canada students. Each year, RE/MAX will award $12,000 in bursaries to grade 12 students from Western Canada.
In 2004 Melfort's own Nicole Watt was the recipient of a $500 bursary to pursue her career in medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.
